3. SMS / text messaging
We send text (SMS) messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. On our website contact form, that agreement is given by checking the consent box next to the disclosure — the box is not pre-checked, and we record the wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed. You may also give us permission verbally or in writing when you contact us directly. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Where you have given that permission, you consent to receive text messages from Atlas AI Solutions at the number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology.

- Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS consent. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent obtained by Atlas AI Solutions are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Numbers collected for text messaging are used only to deliver the communications described in this section.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers. With vendors who process information on our behalf to run our business — for example, our telephony/SMS provider, email provider, workflow-automation provider, and website hosting provider — under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlas AI Solutions, our clients, or others.

As stated in Section 3, we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
5. Information we process on behalf of our clients
Atlas AI Solutions provides lead-capture, messaging, and automation services to business clients. When we do, we may process information about our clients' own leads and customers on behalf of and under the direction of that client, acting as their service provider. That processing is governed by our agreement with the client, and the client is responsible for its own privacy practices and for obtaining any required consents. If you interacted with one of our clients and have questions about your information, please contact that business directly.
6. Cookies & analytics
Our website does not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Your browser may store standard technical information needed for the site to function. If we add analytics or cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent.
7. Data retention
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
